Next, a stop at Philipponnat set the stage for a convivial paulée dinner at the three-star L’Assiette Champenoise, hosted by the warm and talented Chef Arnaud Lallement. The experience concluded with a tasting at Taittinger and a memorable closing lunch at Château de la Marquetterie.
